I need help in max speed calculation

Hey,

I tried to calculate my max speed with different ratios, I can not get any good numbers.

I run a Gilera VXR 200 4T 2004.

I changed the sec gear to 2.65:1

My current max speed is 125kph GPS @ 10000RPM
Tire is 12"

How can I calculate the final ratio I need for 140 or 160kph ?
