This looks like a 4 stroke GY6 50cc right?
Chances are there's very little to gain from any type of derestricting other than maybe a washer in the exhaust and something in the variator.
Is it rev limited? Like, can you audibly hear it reaching top speed and being limited electronically?
This reminds me of a scooter a friend used to have that he got at Pep Boys. It was an absolute dog and tuned so poorly from the factory. The rollers in it were far too heavy and the thing was terrible uphill and accelerating. It had a top speed of about 35mph on flat but if you found a nice downhill, the thing would do 55mph + LOL!
