Thanks Tom I just posted about my experience at the shop. I'm in agreement with everything you said and wish I didn't have to feel so helpless when it comes to working on this thing. Needing to ask so many questions & not knowing what things are or how to do them even. I hope I can find someone reliable within my area that can help me with either looking at new scoots or a bike when it's time and/or helping me get started with fixing this thing. I'm so disgusted at everything I don't even wanna look at it so it can remind me of how foolish I am
