Sorry i posted this also in general discussion as well by accident. Ill try to keep in mind where im posting before i do it for now on. So i recently removed the jets outta the stock carb on a 2021 wolf blaze to clean them and asses carb after it wouldnt start after driving leaving me stranded. At that time i noticed fuel leaking outta air filter & even after getting it home it continued leaking til tank was empty. The long thinner jet seemed ok but the shorter wider jet after removing it i noticed it was partially bent somehow and some of the side holes where pinched closed because of the slight bend. Also there was some fine grit along seal after taking the rubber gasket off before spraying it with carb cleaner. Now im assuming it is not suppose to be this way and should be straight? I bought the scooter 2nd hand so i dont know what was or wasnt done to it. I know what i was told was done to it but actually wasnt done at all. So is the wider jet the main jet or the other one and should i buy a new carb or just new jets? Side note i havent opened top to check float out yet but thats next when i get home. Just wanted your guys advice.

So, i would start by checking the float valve. Is it closing correctly and etc. You said that there was a bend in the jet. Check the size of it and try to buy the same jet, it may help. Also, you said that the gas is flowing until the tank runs out, do you have a petcock? And lastly if your patience runs out, just buy a new carb, it's not that expensive, i remember i had problems with mine carb, and i just bought a new one, it saved me a LOT of pain, but if you think you can fix it, give it a go. There are a ton of videos on YT that can help you in comparing the state of your parts and the parts on a video.

Yeah im thinking it's better to just get a new carb at this point. But to answer question about petcock yes I have 1. I put gas back in tank since this issue and it's held but I'm not driving it and it's super under powered since this issue

Sounds like either the needle jet is not seating properly, like dziadek said the float isn't properly setup. Here's a good video I used to tune my float position, super easy to do also check if the brass "nut" the main jet is tightly seated.
