Gilera Runner bogging

Hello, i have a Gilera Runner 50, when i accelerate from 0kmh to full throttle it bogs and starts basically choking on fuel, my thoughts is that something might be wrong with ignition cuz i already went from a 84 main jet to a 75 which didn't make much of a change at all, i haven't taken a look at the ignition yet because im unsure what to do there... i bought the scooter slightly built.

Setup:
Malossi 70cc cast iron
Yasuni Z
Dellorto 21mm carb
not too sure about the rest but can check if needed.

I think you need to jet up, not down. Put a 95 in it and lower the needle clip a groove and see what happens

Just tried a 95 jet and it was worse then usual, i put the clip up to the highest groove and put a 75 jet in and it is alot better but stills does a really big bog when hitting 40kmh when it jums to like 11k rpms

It could be heavy rollers. I would be going over the bike just to check everything is ok if you haven't built it.
