Heck yeah!!! Good deal Thanks ! I orders a 47mm piston and ring set from Carlos. The Cylinder I have for it should be fine, just had a couple very minor scratches. Its tore down and ready for a good detailed inspection and maintenance.

The original piston was split and the rings seized to the piston So I put the bbk 70cc on. I smoothed out the small gouges in the cylinder wall and installed a new piston. I also installed a new coil. I had to rob the carb off of my other beamer as the one I ordered from scrappy dog has a larger choke so my manual choke would not work. After draining the old gas & 2t oil tanks , and putting the battery on the battery tender for a couple of days. It fired right up. I let it run for about two minutes then took it for a short test ride. The issue now is that it falls on its face when it get to about 18 mph. The revs are great when it sets on the center stand , but when it comes to pulling a load it won't. I am running a .90 jet on the carb which is perfect on my other beamer with the same set up. Is a compression test in order ? Thanks, Dave

I'd think jetting first, but it never hurts to check compression if you have a tester handy I guess.

I noticed that the throttle line going to the oil pump is broken as well. could be the cause of the initial problem. Now I need to decide to pre mix or remove it completely. I did decide on going back to a new 50 cc kit which I had from my other beamer. It only had 100 miles on it. Going to get into the roller weights tonite with 5200 miles on it, they probably need replaced.
