Raser fx 2 stroke scooter?

I bought a scooter for my son . Labeled as a raser fx . I can’t find much information on the manufacturer or parts available for it . Doesn’t have spark and missing one of the belts so I need to figure something out . Anybody have any info or links ? It may be cheaper to just replace the motor if I can match up the shaft to this belt sheave  but I would love to get this Chinese chuweng motor running that’s currently on it . Any help is appreciated

There should be a code on the engine above the CVT cover. Will probably say 1PE40QMB or 1PE50QMF if it's a two stroke. Or QMB139 if a four stroke.
