Hello, So i have this Aerox 2001. TP 70CC ( H20) , Malossi Cluch, red spring with white little spring. Malossi variator 6gr rollers. I just bought Malossi Kevlar x for this model, but after 3 weeks , the belt just broke. The scoot acceleration its great, but is seems like when i try to take of, its takes a little time like 2 3 sec ( feels like the belt slap , not all the time ) and the cover after 10km its really hot. I need some advice. I need to change the spring or the rollers ? I dont want so much top end, so i was thinking to put a yellow sprind 40% , and 5gr rollers, keep the white ones. Thank you ! Here are some pics

It's quite normal for the CVT cover to get very hot. There is no ventilation on the Minarelli transmission. Especially if you have a tuned engine and strong contra spring. Are there any imperfections to the drive faces? How did the belt compare in length to the old one?

I buy this one because the old one was really bad, i didnt check the dimension on the old one. i buy this because i search on the web, for what kind of belt aerox use. I put a simple belt , but the heat was to much and the belt after 6 7 km just broke so i go with the kevlar one. but its seems it last a lot longer but not long enough...

I would take off the garage and rear pulley and inspect them for any damage caused by the other belt braking. The surfaces should be smooth with no nicks or big scratches.

check the 2 rear driven pulleys and see if theres any slop. the seal could get pinched if your belt is too tight and break it. the drive face, variator could also get damaged. make sure the plastic slide guides aren't cracked or grinded off. then replace the belt, maybe just use the one for your exact model.
