Yamaha aerox 70cc problems

Currently i have a project 70cc with yamaha aerox 2013.
Here are the specs:
S6 Streetrace 70cc ported
S6 HPC 10mm
RMS SKF bearing and seal
Yasuni C10, all restrictors removed
Dellorto 17.5mm - 90Main, 38 Pilot
Polini double layer filter
Motoforce Airbox
Polini belt 16,8mm
Polini 3G EVO (blue spring)
Yasuni Axial (5.4G rollers)
Derestricted manifold
Malossi reed pedals
Hard red contra spring
RMS clutch bell.

Basicaly, scoot goes to about 80Kmh at best,.the problem is that there is about 1.2cm left on the variator to open... I dont know, i put new polini belt, new variator and clutch, but i did not change the bell, which shouldn't make any problem. Also the weight are new. That is one problem that i cant figure it out.

The second problem i have is that when im let say riding with more than 1/2 of the throttle and i let go of the throttle, the rpm drops, but not to idle, hang for about 2-3 seconds and then. The rpm drop. The spark is black, meaning it running rich, cause i dont have the time and jets to make it good, its only a bit rich not too much.

What are some solutions that i can make / change for it to stop doing the hangs and to open the vario fully. Thanks.

I would try heavier weights first. That often helps with variator travel. Like jetting though, it takes time and supplies to test. You can at least stuff weights with aluminum foil to save some cash on tuning supplies, but you have to use a scale and make sure the weights are all equal or you'll cause balance issues. Try stuffing a gram in half of your weights and stagger them. That will make it a half gram heavier on average. See if it's any better or worse.
