Hello, recently I bought a 2012 Yamaha Aerox full standard. I want to tune it and upgrade it to make more hp I want to ask what is the best 70cc or what do you suggest buying? I have a budget around 1000-1200e. I want to ask what kit to buy, full transmission ( clutch, vario, crankshaft etc ), intake, carb exhaust and everything? Thank you in advance

Great looking scoot I wish we could get them in the States. You’ll get some great suggestions, some of it depends on how you’ll use it. My Zuma is a commuter first so I went with the Malossi Sport cast iron and a Wild Lion pipe. Great acceleration and adding Athena up gears it’ll do 50 and cruise at 45. No issues with keeping up with traffic, heck most of the time I’m the one doing the passing.

It really depends on what you want from it. Like Pili said, what type of riding are you going to do? City, or country roads? Daily use, or weekend toy? If you do a lot of miles you don't want to be rebuilding it every other week. I've had a few from mild to fast. The best compromise I liked was the stage 6 street race cylinder and a Yasuni R. With a 17.5, or 19mm carb, it's a great kit you can use every day, but still be reliable.

Cool. How many miles does it have on the crank? You will destroy a high mileage crank with a powerful kit. As you go up in power the exhausts get considerably more expensive too. Just something to consider.

Just something to consider. 10000km for now, I was looking into s6 70cc r/t, s6 mk2 crankshaft, yasuni c16, intake s6, double air filter, s6 r/t vario and s6 sport pro clutch and bell

That is quite a build list. It would definitely be fast. You have to bore the crank case for the RT cylinder. So if you can't do it yourself. You might need to take it to a machine shop.

I think it would be great. But if I was spending that much money. I would just get the stage 6 R/T exhaust to match the cylinder. Though the exhaust is always something you could add later. Have you got someone who can machine the cases out the extra 1mm?
