Yamaha Zuma won't start

Yamaha Zuma 2003 50 2-stroke I bought the bike at a pawn shop I believe it is 70cc and a lot of new parts supposedly the guy shooting it was a lot of money spent on the bike it rained great for 3 years until the other day went to start it I was not very responsive at all bike didn't want to move anywhere only about 5 miles an hour installed clean the carburetor new spark plug new battery clean the carburetor again Jets went through the carburetor five times hard for me to work on these bikes because one of my arms is really messed up it's only me to transportation I got I could really use some help

Check the basics. Look for loose connections (electrical, carb/intake). Do a compression test if possible. Any sounds or other symptoms associated with this lack of performance?
