This will not be very detailed because I'm not very knowledgeable of Scooters but any help is appreciated. Scooter had a recent cvt belt and spark plug change . The cvt belt shredded.. attempted to fix on my own with no luck had a shop work on it and it seemed to run fine . I did not test ride the bike as long as I should've. I should also add that the battery died and was recharged last night. Now the issue, the scooter idles and runs fine until about 2 to 3 miles of full throttle, the scooter starts to jerk or hesitate and lose power until the throttle loses all power and the scooter get down to very low speed and shut off. It's rough to start back up but it starts ill let it idle a bit then repeat. The longer it runs the shorter it'll run the next time

It sounds like it could possibly be seizing up. Had it had any modifications done to it.
Is it a two stroke, or four stroke?
Perhaps You have an air leak somewhere?

More information needed really. It can be a few things, intermediate starting and no charging can be electrical, stator related, cdi, ground. Can be fuel related, last thing touched was just the cvt belt and only the cvt belt or ??

The most recent work was CVT belt change, spark plug and something with the plastic piece on the carb. NO ISSUES BEFORE THE CVT BELT SHREDDED. The scooter has been outside it has been raining but I have a cover for it. The exhaust has a tiny bit of rust and the pocket the battery sits in is a bit rusty evidence that the battery may have gotten wet. Something electrical may have been on that's why the battery died but I had it charged somewhat last night. This morning it's giving me this problem. Never had this problem before |

Which clutch springs would be the best for ported 70cc and yasuni c21? I was thinking about the malossi 6k rpm but is it enough rpms!?!! |

You probably need the stiffer springs. An adjustable clutch would probably help too.
