Hi all, I have a 2019 Ruckus that's completely stock and am hoping someone can help me get it running again. The scooter sat for a few months and wouldn't run, presumably due to ethanol gunking up the carb. Initially replaced with a crappy Amazon carb, but it wouldn't run right and was hesitating under full throttle. Sat for a few more months, reinstalled the OEM carb which was cleaned and had new jets installed...
Installed a new battery, drained the gas and replaced with non-ethanol, new fuel pump and spark plug, reset the ECU. The engine turns over, but won't start, and I confirmed that there is no spark at the spark plug. The coil tests fine, but I'm only getting 0.3-0.4v going into the coil which I assume should be the full 12v.
Where should I be looking next to diagnose low voltage to the coil? Could it be related to any of the wiring (TPS/bystarter) in the carburetor not sending the right signal to the ECU? The OEM plugs were cracked, so I installed the TPS/bystarter plugs from the replacement carb. Not sure if that's pertinent but figured I'd mention it.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out!

hm not much power to the coil. I dont know how much this would be involved, but checked the CDI? the computer- Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Check your ground wires are properly grounded. Get rid of all that aftermarket JUNK! It’s a Honda, stick with OEM parts. Also check fuses located on the positive battery connection. Make sure kill switch is working. Make sure brake wires are plugged in, bike won’t start if they aren’t connected.
