These are ports for my 50cc BGM cylinder, I already expanded the exhaust port to the size of Malossi sport 70cc cylinder. What can I do more to the ports to get max performance out of this 50cc? Setup: 50cc BGM Sport CVT, malossi clutch PWK 21, tuned reed valve, sport intake (yes I know PWK 21 is overkill for 50cc) Technigas Q-tre derestricted exhaust

Well I have limited Port matching experience with a scooter I do with motorcycles and I do with cars quite a bit. You obviously want to Port match to the gasket if your gasket is smaller than your head you're going to need to gradually blend to the side of the gasket so that it matches the exact dimensions of the inside of the header where the exhaust gas will flow. What you do not want to do is get in there with a die grinder and just open ports as much as you can because part of scavenging part of fresh air coming in requires velocity and too large of a port while it may have enormous flow numbers and I know nobody flows or uses a flow bench for a scooter but it is done with a motorcycle head and it is done with automotive heads. Too large of a Ford while it shows big numbers the flow the speed of the flow is very limited so you actually can lose power with a larger port.
