Chinese moped stalls in the neighborhood

Hello,for context it is about 2 yo . And it started stalling around the neighborhood only when i was about to turn or stop at a red light at first i thought maybe it was something wrong with the fuel since the scooter was sitting in the garage for 1.5 month and its very hot where i live. Then i thought maybe it was the fuel filter or the spark plug or the jets inside the carb are clogged or maybe the air filter is dirty . Checked all those things still have the same issue. The other day i left the engine running for 5 minutes before testing it out and it worked perfectly fine, and that is leading me to believe that the issue only happens when the engine is still cold. Im thinking maybe the valves clearances need to be adjusted or some issue with the autochoke. I really need y'all help im running out of ideas

The easiest and cheapest way to troubleshoot these things is to follow the troubleshooting charts in a service manual, otherwise people can only give you wild guesses like you have been doing.
