Hi folks, I recently bought a 2nd, completely stock roughhouse with only 1200 miles and have gotten a stage 6 adjustable clutch for it. The only work i have done on it is reduce the stock weights from 7.5 to 6.5 for wheelies. Once i put the stage 6 clutch on my top speed fell from 39, all the way to 32. I have the springs fairly loose (the 6th line on the adjusters) and all 3 weights in. Any tips to get back up to 39 while not sacrificing the torque i need for wheelies? Thank you for your help

Check the travel of the rear pulley with the clutch installed. Some clutches will prevent the pulley from opening all the way. It's easiest, and most effective IMO, to check with no contra spring. I usually just sit the clutch on the rear pulley with no nut securing it and open the pulley all the way. If the clutch has to move to open the pulley all the way, the clutch probably needs to be spaced out.
