Just the facts and no meaness. 2 months ago I ordered a cowling for my Genuine Stella from the Scooter Lounge. That day they sent me an invoice and charged my credit card. Since then nothing. I e-mailed them a week ago and asked about this situation. No response. To top it off 2 weeks after I placed the order someone stole my credit card number. I feel I have no recourse but to call my credit card company and report them. If I were you I would think twice before I did business with them. RD

GT, I had no idea that you were such a big shot in the scooter community. The Scooter Lounge called me today and ask me if I wanted my money back. All hail 90GTvert.

Ok, so here's their story. They say that the only ones they have in stock, for the 2 stroke Stella, are scratched. They also said they had tried to contact me via e-mail and ask me if I wanted a scratched one at a cheaper price. I didn't get it but I got the invoice in e-mail. It's possible I suppose. Jeremy has a hard time reaching me at that account as well. But 2 months. You don't write you don't call. LOL
Anyway, I said thanks but no thanks. So I get my cash back.

I've repaired a Vespa or two over the years and I ordered parts from scooterwest a couple times and I have nothing praise for that guy. Fast shipping, well packed and the guy on the phone knows what he's talking about rather than being some guy that just looks up stuff in a catalog.
