Hello, I have been having some trouble finding some crankseals and bearings for my kymco super 9 LC 2005, in the service manual, it doesn't specify the diameter of them if anyone can help me tell me all of the measurements for the crankseal and bearing

If you remove the bearing and seal you will usually find numbers on them that will specify their replacements to any industrial or automotive bearing supplier.
