So the first scooter I ever had and actually got me into the whole scooter thing is a 2010 Flyscooter Hero 50 with a Chinese replica Minarelli 2t 49cc engine! The engine on this thing blew up on me and I have been trying to think of what to do. Long story short I was given a three 2003 Yamaha zuma scooters, 1 was complete, 1 had no plastic panels or lights but everything else was there for the most part, and the last one was just a frame with an engine on it. The 2 non complete scooters I took the motors off and the one with the harness and all the Electrical peace’s of course I removed with the engine and this is also the engine im thinking about putting in my old hero 50 since it has everything I might need! Now the engine mount is in the same spot, and mostly everything looks to be the same on my blown motor and the new motor! How hard will it be to do the swap guys? Will it literally be a direct swap and everything just plug up and it will start?

Not sure but you can try and see what problems you run into. "Mostly everything" sounds like you should expect at least some problems, depending on what is different. Since it blew up, you can't use it anyways, so take it apart and try!
Otherwise fix the blown engine. If it is just the cylinder and piston that blew up and it is a 2-stroke, it is easy. If you are really lucky all you have to do is to change the piston. Just make sure you don't have any debris in the crank case, and that the crank is not bad / too much play / sticky when rotated full circle. I would recommend checking the ring gap and squish also. Mopboys youtube channel shows how to do that in many of his videos.

It shouldn't be too difficult. You'll need to use the rear wheel from the Zuma with the engine because it should be a different size brake and axle than the original scoot. Most stuff is pretty well interchangeable. Possibly some need to swap connectors or wiring for stator/CDI/regulator.
