Electric scooter Ix3 suspension adjustment

Condition: New

I'm 180lbs and jumping just barely will compress the suspension. It does have "dual suspension" on it's product page. However, I can't find anything in the manual for adjusting (in this case reducing) firmness. 

if anyone knows of some documentation OR has pictures/video of how to reduce the firmness I would be most grateful. 


Also, I have no interest in experimenting. I'm looking for straightforward guide.

Some scooter shocks have no adjustment. But if it does it probably will look like this.

This is set to the softest setting. If you rotate the step ring round. Each step will make it stiffer.
