Hello, i need some advice. My problem is that on launch from like 0-30 -+ my rpm is stable 7k that how i wanted it to be but some seconds later it drops 5-6 and goes up again later. Tourqe is not so good either. But this rpm drop makes the scooter struggle uphill. And makes the acceleration not smooth, tried for fun putting on some lighter weights but Didnt make no diffrence in pull off. The cvt is overheating to. I think the belt is slipping. I looked at how to cvt acts at full troathle. The belt dips down and stops and goes up a litte before going down again. The setup is a Aerox r 70cc 2extreme 17,5mm carburator Mk racing clutch Mk ecologic exhaust Powerfilter ( needed to restrict it because if i Didnt all my jets were to small testes everything from 100-135. Nothing worked correclty) Carbon membran plates 4.75g weights Variator is stock belt to and driver to

Welcome to the forum!
It's normal to have peaks and dips with stock CVTs. For me, the only ones that are very steady are over range CVTs with straight grooved torque drivers and generally on engines with more power.
That said, I tend to start with a thorough cleaning and inspection of all components when the CVT isn't doing what I want. Then move on to tuning attempts. Make sure you aren't taking big leaps in roller weight. Try, 4.5 and 5 for example instead of 4 or 6g. Maybe you did, but just in case. You can try shimming the variator drive boss and see if that helps it or hurts it.
If that's all good, maybe it's time to try a performance variator.
