Michael seem to be a great guy at heart maybe just to busy. he was going to help me build my scooter up and steer me in the right direction if i order from him.i said ok and thats when everything went down hill sent totally wrong parts to on serval occasions. One order i told him i need exhaust studs for my new bbk and to throw in his 90 dollar unrestricted cdi(my kit did not come with studs) so i am waiting on mail every day 5 days go by and i call, he say he as not shipped yet cant find studs but will ship today, order came in 4 days later with wrong cdi and exhaust repair kit which includes gasket nuts and two studs but the stud that i got are the ones that the cylinder and head slide down over, called him and said he didnt know what i was talking about tried to email pictures of it and get my money back would not respond and could not call phones they went to voice mail saying to email about any orders or questions

If you do some searching, Scootertronics has one of the worst names in the business. The only really good reviews I read are the ones of customers visiting the brick and mortar store, not internet business. I saw recently that Jeremy (Enviromoto) posted on Facebook about Scootertronics selling Chinese parts when customers had paid for name brand too. I'm still waiting on a cylinder head they were gonna find for me (was pictured for sale with a BBK I bought) and that was years ago.

yeah i was new to the game and now that i am more knowledgeable wanted to post about my expediences with them to help others, this site i never even know about untill i wasted about 300 dollar on junk,it as been a big help

They're HORRIBLE!!!!! In Dec I ordered a BBK for my sym jet euro [overpriced], I recieved the package but it was missing the head. I called them back & and questioned why that was, and 7THEN I was told that the head was a seperate part that was about $70. I asked why wasn't I told this upon ordering, a BBK is useless w/o this & he "M!ke" gave me a bit of an attitude & said that I only requested a 70cc CYLINDER kit and never mentioned a head... To avoid further BS I went ahead & placed the order for the head. I waited 2 days for a confirmation email & nothing, I then began my phone assult on them which lead me NOWHERE bc calls weren't being answered nor emails replyed to. I refrained ordering from another sight bc he had taken my billing info & I had a little hope that maybe the confirmation email had been forgotten to have been sent. Needless to say, after 1week & a half of impatiently waiting I went ahead & placed my order with a MRP dealer. All this happened last month [mid Dec] and !!YESTERDAY!! [Jan 18th] I recieved a call from "them" stating that some notes were found and they believe my part [the head] hadn't been shipped....... Horrible customer service, NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them or recomend them to ANYONE!!

nothing compare to buy with jeremy on enviromoto, the only thing with jeremy is a lot of part that i want to buy its never on stock. But when he has... i have no problem ever.

Yeah it suck to wait on parts, But a couple of place i like are mhr www.mhr-usa.com/ they ship, quickly answers the phone and great place for 2t not alot of different brands. Scootercraft.com was my favorite place name brand parts of every kind but website not work and no one answering the phones maybe they went out of business not sure. i like to call any place or email them before ordering to see if i get answers and ask questions and just to get a fell for the company before ordering, if the dont answer before ordering they are not going to answer when my order doesnt show up or is wrong

Thanks Ron it's hard to keep everything in stock as my supply chain has really been damaged by the Euro crisis. However we have a really good supplier now and I can have most things in seven days or less if its a special or rarely ordered part.

I got the word yesterday that Scootercraft has gone under.

Scootertronics is rumored to be owned by MRP now so that makes customer service issues even worse than before.

i have always liked getting carbs from moped hospital i always let them know what the set up was going to be and they were deliverd pretty spot on

but yeah there lack of selection at moped hospital brings them down

That sucks to hear that Scootercraft.com is no more. Also, a question for Enviromoto: do you sell parts for my Keeway F-ACT 50 (now 70) Racing. Been trying to find a good price on a Stage6 Pro exhaust.

I can if you supply the part numbers. I shy away from the Chinese minarelli stuff because of all the variances from model to model.

They are just terrible. I ordered a big bore kit, and a bunch of other stuff from them. It took about 3 weeks to receive only part of my order. Then I emailed them and they never seem to respond back, ever! And they still gave me the wrong item. Ordered gloves, and they send me a fuel pump kit. Idk how they could be in business. I'm just hoping my cylinder works good since I ordered it from them.

I like racingplanetusa.com. every order was quick and accurate. Even with shipping across seas, it only took a week to receive. Was impressed.

same here, it took almost 2 months to get my stuff from them. an the shipping they charged my wasn't enough when the parts arrived i had to pay another $15!!! they suck!!!!!!!!!never again!!!!!!!!

I know from other forums they don't have a very good reputation.. Seen and heard enough from others I never bough anything from them.. There rep is that bad from what ive read
