Hi I have and old 2t moped and i need help ist not reving up or picks up speed When Is in neutral reving to the limiter but when is in gear doesn’t revup .I tried everything

Could be air leak, inlet manifold, crankcase seals sure others who know more about evil 2 stroke's will chime in at some point.
