Changed DC to AC Complete wiring harness-still weak output

Hello- Just recently got an AtV 110cc- no spark- DC style- wiring was pretty ratty- So decided to go AC wiring with all compoents- (stator/CDI/Reg/key switch- Kill switch... ect-)
Once wired up- still no spark- checkimg output- I hv 43V on igniter- shld see 50+v... pulse .134v shld see at least .5v... dble/triple checked wiring- Good Batt- Good grounds- Do I need a differnt Rotor for AC wiring?
