What is the best carburetor I can get for a 1e40qmb?

Chinese Clone Preferable (I only have $50 to spend)

I have a Vento Turbocam R3i with a ebay BBK and a ebay pipe. I threw these on because the previous owner broke the exhaust flange on the original engine and I just figured that I might as well throw on a 70cc kit and pipe. I threw these on and rejetted the original carb to work with these upgrades, but unfortunately it still has the same top speed of 40mph. The acceleration is a little better, but there is a very annoying bog spot that I can not get rid of. So im thinking of just throwing on a bigger carb with the right jets and see where that goes.

Any good ebay suggestions? 

I haven't done the whole 9 yards of transmission upgrades yet because I spent money on a variator found out that the shaft hole is too small for my 1e40qmb. I did put the 5g weights in it, which lead to having a slightly higher top speed, but it sacrificed a lot of acceleration, so I just reverted back to the stock 4.5g weights. So, any good ebay suggestions for variators?

Before I get bombarded with "bUy BrAnD nAmE pArTs" I need to explain. I need to save up money for a new engine for my car, so I do not have too much money to spare. Im trying to build this moped to keep up with traffic because stock wise, it is not safe for the roads I need to take on my daily commute. I need this moped to accelerate quick enough to keep up with traffic and to have a top speed of at least 55mph so I can sit in/pass traffic comfortably (speed limit on the roads I have to take is 35-45mph, but in the US no one goes the speed limit).

I would try heavier clutch springs first..Stock airbox with snorkel removed too!

With the kit and pipe you have. A bigger carb probably won't make much difference. If the carb worked on the old cylinder you can get it to work with the new one.
Some of the cheap cylinder kits are not very powerful. So you might not get much more top speed. It's a gamble.
And pretty much the same with the pipe if it's an expansion chamber design. Though some have had good luck with them. They usually look good, but preform poorly.
