Finally i decided to make the swap, taking a perfectly functional 2012 aprilia scarabeo and liquid cooled swapping it which in todays market is worth around 1500$
So i started by taking it all apart and trimming the plastics
Then i bought a radiator and expansion tank combo from an aprilia SR for a whopping 10 bucks with the only catch that the seller told me i could not sell it because he wanted to see me do this
So i started trimming and cutting with a DeWalt drill instead of a dremel cuz i didnt have one at the time
After doing all that its time to buy the parts which for now are going to be the cheapest shit i can find as long as it runs, so i bought a no name 70cc cylinder kit for a zip sp, a no name 25L/m brushless 12v water pump "cuz piaggio air cooled engines although they got the housing for the water pump they cant house one because its not machined from factory" and the lil pipe that goes from the motor to the pump.
And as if it wasnt enough my good friend gifted me an incomplete giannelli shot v4 pipe which i sourced the parts to complete
AND THATS WHERE THE BUILD ENDS FOR NOW i am now waiting for the parts to be shipped, i'll make sure to post an update as soon as the build is complete, BYE FOR NOW!

Mounting radiator can be a pain if your trying to keep most plastics looking stock, I think you will he happen with the lc motor, should be more aftermarket parts available. I'm building a sr factory r, im running 250cc twin rads that I've managed to hide fairly well lol good luck with it should be a great scooter when finished

NOICE RADIATOR MOUNT looks like a good placement (if you mount in that position) and way more capable of cooling than my twin rads... ones under the seat and ones for 240 mm aio for a PC vut don't hate it was easy to find a clean looking all white one....
