Looking for Scooter in CLT area

Hello everyone, after some spectacularly stupid decisions regarding speed and liter bikes I am once again in the market for a "49cc" scooter. 

It's been 8 years since I last posted and I remember nothing about actually getting a scooter, and have not followed the market at all. 
I know when I used to be on here there was at least one other person in the CLT area that was super active, and was hoping I'd bump into them, or anyone else that has advice on finding something to start a build with, area specific/shops that sell scooters are acceptable too. Preferably GY6 / 139QMB based, but if there's something more "latest and greatest" with similar BBK and tuning capability I'm all ears.

Welcome back.
The genuine buddy, or black cat seems very popular now. It's a two stroke so way more performance is available cheaply.

I have decided that the project scoots in my storage unit will never see the light of day so I'm giving them all away. I have moved on to Italian scooters and the ones in my garage will keep me busy enough. Here is a list of what I have:

2 Vinos 1 with a bad crank and the other unknown. I think there are enough parts there to make 1 running scooter. Neither have any mods

1 Zuma, Bad crank but I have a spare engine with w BBK and a good crank that goes with it.

2 Derbi Predators, one just needs tuning and I do have a BBK for it, the other I think just needs a coil. I think both have all of the body parts. These have the Morino engines.
