Plug reading 2nd opinions?

Hello y’all, I am closing in on the right main jet for my 150 but I’m having a hard time deciding if this is lean or rich:



The insulator is gray, not black or brown:



running temps have been good, 260-280F

the first picture seems lean. but some would suggest you cut through to see what lower on the base of the insulator looks like.
