I bought 2 scooters, and turned two non-running scooters into one running scooter. The one I got running is the 49cc 2-stroke Vento Triton R4. I rode it daily for almost a month. Then suddenly, when I start it, it full revs, and doesn't stop. It's full time full throttle. I've tried everything I've seen on YouTube, as I have absolutely no mechanics' abilities. I can watch a video, and do what I see. However, nothing I have seen has fixed it.

That sounds like a classic air leak. And a big one If throttle isn't stuck. Does the slide in the carb move up and down freely? If it does it could well be a crank seal.

Welcome!
I'd check first for stuck throttle or some sort of throttle cable issue. Possibly the easiest way to tell may be to take the airbox off and look into the carb. There's a slide in there. It should cover most of the opening through the carb when no one is touching the throttle. If it's got more than maybe an eighth inch (or couple mm) gap, then there's likely a throttle/cable issue that you need to figure out. If it's nearly closed and it still wants to takeoff, then you've got to have one heck of an air leak.
Make sure you keep it on the center stand so the wheel is off the ground and maybe even secure it by tying the front down if you can. Safety measures so it won't go careening down the street.

it will probobly be an air leak, it could be your idle screw maxed out, but i doubt it
