I recently put on a new exhaust, carburetor and cylinder and it’s making a weird sound usually louder the more warm the bike gets, also the bike is losing power around half throttle, I have not jetted/adjusted carb yet because I just put the parts on and got it started

Check for exhaust and air leaks.

the wistling sound is probobly normal, since its air cooled, but the power could be your carburator not being in tune, or overheating

Likely needs CVT tuning- lighter rollers and heavier clutch springs..Did the old exhaust have any hoses attached to it for pollution control? Keep the stock airbox and pull the snorkel tube, dont go for the open style filter..
