Llave motor translates as engine key. So perhaps an immobilizer? It depends on what the wire colour represents I guess.

Probably a loose connector that could be connected to some optional or aftermarket device.

Google translate says "engine key" for me, but the symbols on the switch that it seems to be tied to are what you'd normally see on a kill switch. That should be a ground and a wire to the CDI. Given that, I'd guess some sort of immobilizer or safety as well. 🤷♂️
