So I came across 2 of these screws when trying to take the clutch case off my Aprilia SR50 2018. Im not sure what they are. imgur.com/a/kjdYFUg

They are anti tamper bolts. It was part of the euro 4 update. I couldn't find a bit to fit them. As most just have a torx head with a raised centre. I just removed them and replaced with a normal bolt.

Can't tell the size from the photo but: How about making a sacrificial socket extension into a drive bit? 1/4" or 3/8", whichever fits into the long side with the 2 adjoining right angles. Grind away the rooftop shape to fit.

I would simply grind a flat on a cheap and easily obtained regular hex key to fit. Removal may also require some heat if Loctite was used. Then replace the screw with a regular socket head cap screw with anti-seize compound.

Try a tight fitting flat blade screwdriver. Then turn it with a spanner in the blade. It worked for one. The other I had to knock in a torx bit to undo it.
