This morning I tried to start my aerox and when I kicked the kick starter it came back really slow and it won't start can someone tell me where is the problem can it be because it was 1 degree Celsius and it was cold?

It will probably need taking apart and cleaning. It can get covered in belt dust, making it stick. There is also a big clip that holds the kick start gear in. Take this off. Clean it and give the clip the smallest amount of grease. This is what the year turns on.

Yeah I found out why it started later in the day when it was hotter I'm pretty sure the Kickstarter came back up slowly because the oil was like a little bit like frozen or something like that

There is no oil attached to the kick start mechanism. 😉
