Piaggio zip, yasuni r install

Hi, my friend lended me his yasuni r, i installed it but when i ride it maxes out at 30kmh and the rpms sound that they are maxed out like brrrrrr sound.
What should i do?
Main jet 78
Needle on 3 setting
17.5phva dellorto
Piaggio zip stock 50cc
Can someone contact me that had/has a zip and has some experience with them would be grateful.
