Jetting wise, I was at a 110-115 in a cp19 with an open filter. With an air box without the snorkel but with filter holes added in, I’m running 102-105

Sorry been couple days been busy with kids. Still having issues currently have clutch preload maxed out 4g rollers 105main A/F 1.5 turns idles great takes off good but when you hit the throttle sometimes it wakes up and takes off till about 40mph then bogs like out of fuel roll off throttle and can baby blip it back up otherwise will almost die.

top plug is 100 main bottom is 105

When you have a chance, pull the carb apart and tell us what you have in it. Slide# Needle MJ PJ Atomizer or needle jet # Are you still using the UNI filter? This may help you with the tuning process.

I work 3rd shift but will try to get the info tomorrow before work. I do know I couldn't find any marks on needle when I originally cleaned it so actually ordered a w7, AU262 atomizer,and au9665 bushing last night just to make sure everything is correct inside it.Also ordered a clone phbg 19mm from treatland that all the reviews are good on amd everyone says is best clone they've ever ran plus was only $60 Stock airbox still hasn't made it to me yet but is on way. So currently do have the pod filter on

So previous owner must've been on something when they opened this carb up. So it's got a 30 slide, 262AN, can't get anything off pilot, and then it's got what looks to be a K5 needle. It's for sure a K so I think most of my issue is found gonna probably slap on the 17.5 I got till the new 19 comes in

Well the 17.5 I got has the 262an as well and a w6 so I'm on hold till parts come in
