Polini 70cc sport contessa
21 mm polini carb with pod filter 36 and 106 jets
ZUMA GP TROPHY CVT kit I think 5g rollers
Yasuni exhaust
Minarelli contra spring
Fresh build, went off recommendations form scooter swap for all the above info.
1st problem reving issues bogs down above half throttle getting into full throttle. Idno if it's the pod filter. I've read that a lot of people have issues tuning that pod filter. Maybe the jets are wrong ? Or needle needs to be adjusted ?
2nd. Issue I am having it's not moving until about half throttle. It does a lot of reving before it moves. There are no instructions for anything I bought so I may have messed up at some point. With the cvt kit I put the 1 of the 2 washers it came with against the case then continued to put on the pulleys. Shown in link below.
