Welcome.
Have you tried different main jets or changing the needle clip position?

Does the slide move freel? Is the needle bent or off center due to ...? Is the emulsion tube free of clogged air inlets? Is the jet clean? Have you checked that you have good flow to the float bowl? Are you sure something has not made a nest in the muffler that clogs exhaust flow? It has happened in areas where 'mud daubers' find sheltered places to build mud egg holder tubes. I had to poke around with a long screwdriver and feed the exhaust with a garden hose... Disconnected, of course. Lots of muddy red water were drained, and it started to run a LOT better. tom

I have got the standard carb on there that’s running a 85 main jet and a 35 slow jet it idles fine and take off is fine it will get to about 20 mph on 1/4 throttle after that it will bog but then come back and the bog again I’ve leaned it and riched it but the needle jet is set on the one above middle bec if I put it in middle it bogs more could it maybe be something with the acceleration pump if that isn’t going all the way down I’ve put my hand at the back of exhaust it don’t smell of fuel just a weird one when you just go full throttle on anything it splutter then goes then splitters then goes

I would check fuel supply flow, and a partially sticky float & neeedle valve. Opening the throttle quickly is different from opening it slowly. If you can get past the 'bog', and keep the rpms increasing, it can indicate a 'flat' spot in the carburetion, where the mixture does not meet the needs, being lean or rich. tom
