So Ive got a Sanyang pure 50, which to my understanding is the same engine as the af18. wanting to upgrade the engine, i bought an 44mm+1.6 crank and a 54mm cylinder. After milling the crankcase i discoverd the crank i bought was not even close enough to get the piston to the top of the cylinder. so im at a roadblock now, do i get the 54.4mm crank to go with the 54mm cylinder, or do i buy a 50mm cylinder and hope it will fit. I've got an 90cc jiso exhaust coming my way too, so i was thinking the 50mm cylinder. can anyone with some experience please help me? I've already milled out the crankcase and milled a bigger boost port, is this crankcase ruined now for the 50mm cylinder?
Any help is appreciated, thx in advance!

If you go with the 50mm cylinder try and verify what stroke crank it uses before buying, sometimes they vary. The 50mm cylinder and a 44mm stroke crank will get you to 86cc and will match your pipe better. It should not be a problem that you cut the boost already.

Fingers crossed i dont have to return them both!
