I did a search and couldn't find anything on these, has anybody installed one? Got experience with them? www.partsforscooters.com/169-279_Hoca_Torque_Spring_Base?sc=12&category=-112The claims are that they smooth out the performance of the CVT (preventing spring twist from binding the driven pulley movement), and improve performance by compressing the contra spring tighter (delaying "up shift" a bit).

Ive never used that one but have the Malossi yellow one in Skeedr now and it does well. I have played around with that idea though. Used to BB,s under my torque spring with some luck. It will also stiffen the spring some so keep that in mind. Also, if you do add one of these, make sure your rear pulley isnt binding up when its all back together. Sometimes torsion control devices can cause the spring to bind and pinch against itself. Jus tmake sure you rear pulley, or TD is smooth and it dosnt catch or bind. If it binds up before the torsion control it may just get worse with one.?. Here is my home-made torsion control. Ide suggest smaller bearings tho. The BB,s i used are the standard BB gun size 5or 6mm? And they were close to flying out but never did.

That'd make an awesome if they escaped lol
I've used the Polini and Malossi ones, I don't really like the Polini one but the Malossi one certainly seems to help, particularly with ''downshifting''.
