i have taken measurements in 32nds of an inch thinking i could convert to mm and now i don't know what size i have. I don't know if they wear enough to change size.
these are the measurements i took 16/32nds and 19/32nds they convert to 12.7 mm and 15.08 mm so do i have 12x15 or 13x16 that have wore down

If it's a GY6 50 it's 16x13mm.

All GY6 50s other than the fairly rare ones that have a minarelli 2T styled transmission. If it's the minarelli style the outer drive face of the front pulley won't have teeth to engage the starter bendix. Instead it has a starter clutch sitting behind the variator and the outer drive face is just round with no teeth on it's outer edge.

it has teeth so it can't be the rare one
