thanks I hope it turns out good. I am not the type of person to leave things stock for very long so this was expected I guess. I really wasnt planing on doing this much but I figured as long as its winter and I cannot ride might as well go crazy. Oh yeah my koso guage and the polini reed cage are both here as well.

Heres a couple more pics. The footpeg mounts and i fabbed up a bushing to mount the oversized koso guage clamp on my handlebar crossbrace. The square mounts I made to mount the headlight to.

well I am going to have to change a few things. I am having some issues mounting the headlight. so the guage is going to have to be mounted somewhere else as I am going to need that space to fab up bkt.s for the light. Not a big deal but still a pain. All paint work is done and I worked on the front wheel. I painted it blk. with some farm implement paint that is brushed on and has hardener in it. It seems to be good stuff. It passes the 10' test but thats about it.

I had to move the guage to a different location. It fit on the crossbar but there wasnt enough room for the wiring harness to come out underneath it there. I hope to start wiring it up this week.

well the bike is back together (minus the motor and cvt mods). I forgot how much fun this thing is to ride around. It draws stares wherever its at now. It also means that every crotch rocket I see has to give me the ricer rev. It handles so much better with the wider bars and the foot pegs are good too. I had some issues with the guage. It came with shitty directions and took some trial and error to get the speedo functioning. It is working and I lost 7+ mph top end compared to the stocker lol. I still have to get the fuel guage set up correctly though. At this point it seems to be topping out at 43 mph on long flat sections. the rpms are around 8500 at this point. I would also say that it is coming on the pipe at around 3500 rpms.

i just ordered all my other stuff today. so new levers and grips are coming. I want to go with a different shock as well. I also ordered another open filter that will gop on with the big bore kit. I will take some better pics when it gets all cleaned up. I still have to hide the wiring better as well.
