Was just wondering what people think about both the pros and cons to each type and if one is better than the other, give me some feed back and maybe teach me something.
Thanks Dan

I might be stating the obvious here but get different weight rollers to try in order to find the best weight...then buy that weight in slider form. buying lots of different weight sliders to try and find the right ones would be rather expensive IMO.

I buy 3 sets 2g apart to give me a wide range for less money. For example, 5, 7, and 9g sliders. Then those 3 sets would let you do 5, 6, 7, 8, 9g with mixing. That's still about $60, but if you were to use a tuning set of rollers for say $30 and then a set of sliders for $20 you're pretty close to the same. I think a lot of folks just take recommendations and buy 1 set, but that always worries me it won't be in tune because of differences in power, rider weight, rider preference, etc...

What ever you get its always good to have a play with the weights as no two setups are ever the same in the real world. Some times you can make even a standard bike better with a different weight than the manufactor used
