I have a 139QMB. The stator is putting out 80-90 VAC. But when it is hooked up to the CDI box, it drops to .8VAC. I bypassed the wiring and hooked directly up to the CDI box with no change. I have also tried multiple CDI boxes. Any ideas? A schematic would help also. I'm sure if I searched, I could find it, but If you have it readily available, that would be great. Thanks again.

Easy/quick diagram down this page a bit: www.chinesescooterreference.com/manuals_charts.htmFirst thing I would check is my stop switch (handlebar) and the associated wiring. Next up would be the grounds, including the stator mounting screws/pads, as they tend to corrode. |

Thank YOU! That was the outside suggestion I needed. Sometimes you work with an issue for so long that you get tunnel vision and forget to look around the problem. It was indeed the kill switch. Thanks again! I did forget to mention that I had replaced the stator in the first post with another one that was indeed good I had laying around. Thanks again.
