My Jl50QT-6 starts right up everytime, but when it gets hot and I turn it off, it takes alot to get it started again, usually have to use to kick start, any ideas?

I would want to see the result of a compression test on this engine first. It never feels good to try and sort out problems on a motor that after lots of effort ended up having low compression. reminds me of a saying about dead horses. and before you say it has low miles or its new, i have seen low compression on new low mileage scoots. I have learned after many many years of turning wrenches for a living to never assume anything is good.
first 2 things a person should buy when planning to work on their own scoot is the haynes manual and a compression gauge

My scoot acts the same way. Running a little rich maybe? Starts great cold, but when the engine is warm try giving it a little bit of throttle and it pops right off.
