No gasket. Should be a sealant like ThreeBond 1194, Hondabond, Yamabond, Permatex Ultra Grey....

Thank you maybe there was a leak and this is why some times my scooter doesn't run tip top sometimes maybe it is sucking in air between the to half's so i just want to but it all back together right so i cleaning everything to a shine and checking everything on it but is there anything i should keep a eye out for while i have it a part?

Make sure the case sealing surfaces aren't damaged. Seals go bad too, so make sure you replace those even if the ones you removed looked OK.

lol Got just a tad carried away.
The final drive trans uses 100-120mL of gear oil if it's a 1E40QMB / Minarelli.

no you wouldnt need a pipe just a couple of jets to make sure you get your carb dialed in infact you proably wouldnt even need to do any trans tuneing if you just kitted the scoot you will gain a couple mph plus you will have better acceleration and the fact that the adly gears are 11 to 1 it will depend upon the tire size but you may pick up 5 or more mph with the 50cc bore you just dont have the power to pull the gears that come stock in the adly engines

you are right it is a 11 to 1 on the gear and im running a 130 90 10 on the back and a 120 90 10 on the front.. the trans have been worked on but not to sure other than someone derestricted the pully washer on the cvt it does 40 mph or so i would like to get more pep from it at stop lights but if all i need is a jet kit and the bbk i was think a 70cc kit i have a 50cc right now and it has a 10mm rist pin with the smaller crank my question is do i need the head or are they the same? as a 70cc or 90cc? thanks for all the help every one just have it apart and want to ride a lot this summer and want to do it right

yeah give you an idea a stock zuma comes with 14.66 to 1 or 13.25 to 1 with the same size rear tire we top out about 40 stock and we aim for 12 to 1 when we kit and pipe them
just look for a zuma 70cc bore you wont have any case work or need a better crank personaly i would go with the top performance trophy bore its a bit more expesnive then some but it has a great power curve and later on if you want to add a pipe it will work with a pipe and it comes with a head most of your better kits come with the new head
to go 90 you would need case work and a crank so you would be spending more then a couple of bucks with those gears a pipe a 70 kit you can see 60 easily
with those gears on my 90cc lc build im aiming for 70 mph yes im putting an adly case in my zuma

thank you i will think about all that cause my brother inlaw has a 4 stroke gy6 and im faster than him any day of the week but he wants to put a 150 on his 50cc frame and i would still like to piss him off with a small upgrade like a bbk and a jet kit and after market air filter. he is changing everything and i dont want to have to do all that i dont mine mod the case i can do all think i just want a bang for buck as i dont want to spend much on this thing
