Yep, looks just like the typical Vento Zip, or clones of em. Nice scooter My son has one like it. His will run 15,s in the 1/8th mile no problem and its stock. Real close anyway! Has a Hoca vari and rear pulley and a 39mm squish style head. Other than that its stock. Impresses the heck outta me!

Looks great. Not much cooler than a clean black scoot. ;D Congrats on getting it back. Legacy looks good too.

Many many thanks! I have always been really fond of this particular scooter because it just looks good. I am not into the weird angles and shapes they are making them in these days that have the vortex twirls and cuts molded in that look like an alien. Fake plastic chrome everywhere, crystal headlights with fake blue HID's. It's just not my thing........ This is IMO one of the most simple, clean scooters out there design wise and I just appreciate it's low key presence. It may be a cheap chinese scooter, but it doesn't have to look like one. I don't even like the newer Geely's. This one is an 03 model with 2,000 miles.

That zip looks good. I hope the pressurized water doesn't foul up the electrical. I'm scared to spray water on a scooter.

My Geely won't be running for at least 5 days, more depending on the time it takes the carb to get here. It was nearly bone dry within 2 hours, but I have the luxury of it sitting for a week drying so it's a non issue. However, as long as the connectors don't get water logged and corrode, you're good to go. I blow those out with an air hose, there's only a few.

Thanks I believe I might try an open cone first. If the foam is even in there it's old so I'm looking at $35 or so total when I prefer an open cone anyway.

I like the 250. I rode a CF Moto that was the same thing a few years back. It was pretty cool. Had a stereo in it standard right? Going blind, didn't see that. Yes has AM/FM/MP3.

the hm engine unless its highly tuned runs a lot better with an air box if you dont get an air box you will need a larger piolet jet and a diffrent taper needle along with a larger main jet

Thank you.
I went ahead and bought that airbox on the ebay link because the seller wrote back and said the filter was included. It's $25 out of my pocket on this end, but after you factor shipping, ebay and paypal fee's....... He might get $12 for it so it was fair.
