hi guys long time eh? anyways im at like 9400 km on my vip now and a few weeks ago while riding my clutch went out it wouldnt open and close right and when id get riding at cruising speed if i ever had to slow down with traffic id have to pull over and roll my scooter backwards to disengage the clutch. had the clutch replaced and the scooter is rideable now but i still get the same problem just not no where near as bad but i still can feel it tugging hear and there . do new clutchs have like a break in time?

I'd be tempted to believe the bearing(s) on your rear take-up pulley are stuck/sticking/blowed up.
Your rear pulley rides freely on little wee roller bearings on the rear transmission input shaft. Any kind of crap in there is going to cause the pulley to seize... semi seize on that shaft.

would gear oil leaking be another hint to bad bearings or possibly a bad seal? over night itll leak a 2 inch in diamater puddle of gear oil but its on the ground right under the variater side of the cvt?

Gear oil leaking would point to a bad seal or bad gasket/o-ring on the drain plug. Could also be the case seal or perhaps overfilling. You should have a good idea if you look it over well.
