Hey all I just joined the site i just was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on what i should do. i just, seriously JUST ordered a 100cc bbk for my 08 roketa 139qmb. i have some mods like custom paint (according to my idiot brother it adds 10hp) no rev cdi, died seat, air intake or cone filter. so i think thats it, but i decided to grow some peaches and go the extra step. so anyways i was wondering what i should do to get more power or more reliability for a decent budget. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks! P.S i got the scoot when my neighbor came over to the local gear head house (me) and asked if i wanted to buy his yellow and silver tipped over scooter with 149 miles on it for 300. and now im addicted. but the damage wasnt bad at all just a few cracks and scratchs Yellow is summer stock color and then i got bored in the winter and so orange is now gi247.photobucket.com/groups/gg122/2LUYFHYTK3/1205217083051.jpgAttachments:

:welcome: to the forum!
I def like the new look better.
I'm guessing the "100cc" kit is 50mm bore? That will get the power you want. It'll prob be too high on compression if it doesn't come with a matching head. You can open up the stock head's combustion chamber with a rotary tool if necessary or some people use 2 base gaskets to drop compression. Get that setup and jetted and possible adjust roller weight in the variator for the new power and it should be a pretty reliable setup. The big bore is the biggest gain you'll get from 1 upgrade, so I'd see how you like that before spending money on other mods that are going to give smaller gains.

18mm carb with a #95 main works well with a 50mm bore with a uni or some other type of free flowing air filter.
