The 'plunger' on the cam chain tensioner.....on the motor i mentioned above when putting it together it never 'clicked' down at all. Just putting it in made the runners the chain guides tight enough. Another motor I built i had to remove the spring because the chain was so damn tight the tensioner housing would not go all the way down onto the case tight. The spring has to push the plunger down at least one click or there is not enough room for the damn spring..so then the little spring retainer bolt wont seal..or the body of the tensioner assembly itself wont seal..and oil will leak like mad. With the spring out there was juuust enough for it to all seat down.. That motor is still runnin I saw the guy the other day ridin' in town.

i agree... it kind of sucks that all qmb139 all not created equal.. i got a 82cc bbk with a big valve head cause my stock head the compression was super high... with some other parts an i only go 45-48mph i think when it comes to bbk's buy quality....
