That did make it better but not like it was it is still pretty hard to push and still losing power, it is 50 times better, but not right would, i am going to swap gears from my vento and see if there is any difference. I tired every combination with this gears and different washers nothing help but what 2storkd suggested

That tells me your tolerances are tight in the trans for sure! You said "its better, but not like it was". What changed? Did you swap gears? Sorry if i missed something. Might need to add a (or a thicker) gasket?

it just started by itself got done riding and went to push it to put it up and could hardly move it, the only thing i did was put a new clutch in 4-5 days before and change the oil about 30 day before same amount and kind as always

Man, you dont have a busted clutch shoe do you? Or spring? Im assuming the scooter is complete and all together when pushing it right?

even with my clutch off and on center stand i can turn the gears with the clutch bell but is just as hard has to push it with clutch on and wheels on the ground. I have tired everything i could think of to see what the problem is, i am going to take gears off vento tomorrow or sunday and install them on cpi to see what happens. i will make video

Why don't you try 2 gaskets and see if that helps. I have done this several times with good results.
